  • 8 Gale Crescent was previously the site of the Garden City Arena Complex.
  • 29 Riordon Street – former City parking lot leased by Niagara Regional Housing (NRH) for temporary housing-focused shelter.  NRH has been informed lease will not be renewed.

  • More than 800 residential units.
  • Approximately 200 parking spaces
  • 25% of units to be affordable as per CMHC/CMLI Select Program.
